Our policy for digital products and subscriptions
Colorado PeakPlan sells digital products — AI-generated trip itineraries and Pro subscriptions. Digital content is delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.
Once a trip plan has been generated or a subscription has been activated, we cannot offer refunds. This applies to all single-trip purchases and monthly subscription charges.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving your purchased content — for example, a plan failed to generate, you were charged but received nothing, or a payment error occurred — contact us within 7 days of the issue. We will resolve it or issue a full refund.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your Account page. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for the current period.
We put significant effort into generating high-quality, detailed Colorado outdoor itineraries. While we cannot guarantee perfect accuracy for all real-time conditions, the digital product is delivered as described.
